Ingredients
- 3 – 11 oz cans Green Giant® SteamCrisp® Mexicorn®
- 1 – 8 oz sour cream
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 2½ cups shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican mix
- 1 – 7 oz can diced green chilies (or ½ cup fresh chopped)
- 1 -10 oz can Rotel Hot (mild or medium if you prefer less heat)
- green onions - chopped (optional garnish)
Preparation
- Drain mexcorn, chilies and rotel then pour in a large mixing bowl
- Stir in Mexicorn and chilies
- Mix in sour cream, mayo and cheese until evenly mixed
- Chill for at least 30-60 minutes (the longer the better)
- Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos Scoops
- Now you will be the hit of the party and nobody has to know how easy it really was!
